And, I've had a little rethink. I've got a DVD about yoga and there are two routines on it, one for the morning, 'Salute to the Sun' and one for the evening, I can't remember it's name. I figure if I do each of these for 10 minutes a day, after 28 days, it must have a positive effect. Well, we'll see on Monday!!!

I think I've figured it out
I've had a revelation!! Apparently, eating too much and not taking enough exercise is what has made me fat!! I know, mind blowing!
So I looked over the new year's resolutions and realised, I haven't done any of them.
So I have made a decision, I'm going to work out a 28 day plan, including food and exercise and I'll do my best to stick to it for the four weeks, see what difference there is and decide what to do from there.
I also plan to wear make up, cleanse/tone every day.
The exercises are going to be Monday: swimming; Tuesday: stomach; Wednesday: bum & hips; Thursday: arms & legs; Friday: rest; Saturday: walking; Sunday: class.
I'm going to start this next week and I'll put reminders on my calendar and let you all know how I'm getting on.
Along with this, I am also going to be putting more effort into my Pagan studies. I've found a 101 on the web, I'm going to be following that and see where the Gods take me. I've made a new friend but I don't know what this means.
