I've made my New Year's Resolutions and I'm putting them up here so I can be reminded of them and keep them up!!
- LOSE 3 STONE!!!! I can't believe I've put almost all of my weight back on!! What a DIMWIT!!!
- Run every other day, following the plan I found on the internet.
- Not eat after 8pm, this has a huge impact on my weight.
- No alcohol during the week unless I am on holiday.
- Finish writing out my BOS 2nd Degree.
- Finish my kid's Sabbat books.
- Get more organised with my BA.
- Get out, and stay out, of my overdraft.
- Clear my credit card.
- Sort out the allotment and not rely on other people!
- Phone my friends more often, I don't visit them regularly and end up hearing about terrible periods in their lives, after the fact, not very good friend!
- Be calmer with the kids, I've had my unreasonableness shown to me by two incidents involving my & my friends kids, I don't stick up for them and it's not fair.
- Learn a language.
- Learn an instrument.
- Meditate every day.
- Pilates once a week.
- Add to this blog more often!!
