The Moot

The moot was bloody fantastic!!! I was so sure I'd be on my own for the two hours I took a book with me!
But I needn't have worried because two lovely people turned up, one an ecclectic Pagan and a Druid and we had a marvellous chat. I got the same buzz and reaffirmation of faith that I get when I spend time with the Coven. I felt happier, calmer, just all round like the world was a better place because I had made a connection with a part of me that is important.

Anyway, we're going to do it again next month and, hopefully, more locals will feel happier about coming.

Life is good!!!

So much to do and so little time!!

Well, we went to Scotland for the half term and had a fantastic time. Other Half (OH) actually managed to behave himself tolerably for the whole week, we only had one incident of pointless destruction (when he snapped Moo's fishing net because she was cheeky) Apart from this he could almost have been mistaken for a member of the human race!!
I completely missed the new parent nights at school, which is kind of embarassing as I was the one who complained about the PTA not getting to know new parents. I'm also not around for the next two events we are putting on, I have considered taking over as Chairperson when my friend who currently holds the post leaves in September. I'm not sure how good it'll look with me being absent for such important events this year.
The Moot is on Monday, my friend, also Pagan, has said she wants to come along too, which is nice, at least I won't be sat there on my own!!! I am quite looking forward to it, it'll be nice to see others in this area and see what they've managed to find out about our local history.
What else?I was friendly with a chap at work, nothing over the top just a giggle and he has turned out to be a desperate stalker, won't leave me alone!
So, it's that time of night again, Moo and Goo to get to bed and a stupidly large pile of washing to be attacked!!!
